Legal Notice

Trading name. "DF Business School" is a trading name of Daur Finance Limited, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 14019485, incorporated on 1 April 2022, with registered office at East Ham Station, High Street North, London, England, E6 2JA. It is not itself a separate legal entity.

Nature of the qualification. Diplomas issued by DF Business School are private, non-regulated qualifications. They are not accredited by Ofqual, do not appear on the Regulated Qualifications Framework, and do not carry UK academic credit or equivalence to a university degree.

Reserved terms. DF Business School does not use, and will not apply for, the terms "Degree," "Bachelor," "Master," or "University" in connection with any programme, in accordance with the Education Reform Act 1988.

Curriculum benchmarking. Where we state that a programme's curriculum is "mapped against" RQF Level 5 or Level 6 standards, this describes the depth and workload we designed the syllabus to — a curriculum benchmark only. It is not a claim that the diploma itself is regulated, credit-rated, or issued under the Regulated Qualifications Framework; clause 2 above governs the diploma's actual regulatory status.

Pre-purchase disclosure. Before any payment is taken, every applicant is shown this notice and must confirm in writing that they understand they are purchasing a private course, not a government-recognised or university qualification.

Assessment requirement. No diploma, certificate, or transcript is issued without completed coursework and a passed final assessment appropriate to its level, including under the Fast-Track route.

Fees and refunds. Tuition is £2,700 per year, invoiced annually, payable to Daur Finance Limited. Refund and withdrawal terms are set out in full in the Terms & Conditions issued at enrolment.
